There are five components to high performing teams: Defined Goals, Clear Roles and Processes, Productive Conflict, Routine Debriefs, and Communication.
This course will introduce you to the five components and the leadership behaviors and activities that go with each.
You will create a personalized team leadership action plan to help you become the leader you want to be.
